Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our team at Maruti Suzuki India Limited in Mumbai, Maharashtra on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. This is an entry-level position that is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and act as the point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns - Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat - Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall client experience - Assist with special projects and tasks related to client relations as assigned

Requirements: - Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
