Client Relations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Moglix is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients remotely. This role is perfect for individuals with exceptional persuasion and leadership skills, who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify any opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client outreach strategies to drive engagement and retention. 6. Provide feedback to management on client trends, preferences, and needs.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. 4. Demonstrated leadership skills. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
