Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Tata Motors. As a Client Relations Manager working remotely from Kolkata, West Bengal, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to continuously improve the client experience - Analyze client data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives - Develop and implement client retention strategies to minimize churn rates - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - At least 7 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong planning and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
