Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job description:

We are looking for a skilled Client Relations Manager to join our team at MakeMyTrip. This position will be remote and will require you to be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction. 2. Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value. 5. Track key metrics and report on client satisfaction and performance. 6. Develop and execute client retention strategies to achieve business goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform client strategy. 8. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Proven experience in client relations or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resilient and reliable personality traits. 5. Strong decision-making and presentation skills. 6. Ability to work independently and lead projects. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
