Job Description:
FirstCry is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Relations Officer to work remotely in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will act as a liaison between the company and clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address their inquiries and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Develop strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and preferences
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
