Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

InMobi is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to work remotely from Delhi, India. As an Associate Level team member with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. 2. Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates on services, offer additional support, and address any concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Prepare reports on client feedback, trends, and opportunities for improvement. 5. Assist with onboarding new clients, providing training and support as needed. 6. Monitor client accounts to identify areas for growth and upsell additional services. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients. 8. Meet established sales and client retention goals.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Passionate and hardworking individual with strong communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
