Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

At Zomato, we are looking for a dedicated Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an entry-level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide the best possible service

Requirements: - Driven and resourceful individual with a passion for client relations - Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Excellent persuasion abilities to influence client decisions - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
