Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

PharmEasy, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our remote team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this part-time, entry-level position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and resourceful personality, as well as strong planning and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video calls to address any questions or concerns - Provide assistance with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in client relations processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
