Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities: - Oversee client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients - Address any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Develop and execute client retention strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
