Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Rupeek is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our remote team in Delhi, IN. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, issues, and feedback - Assist clients in navigating our services and platform, providing guidance and support as needed - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to ongoing service - Document client interactions and feedback to provide insights for improving our services - Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in our processes and services - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to better serve our clients - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company - Any other tasks assigned by the management team

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong cooperation and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
