Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hero MotoCorp is looking for a Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in client service roles, you will play a key role in providing support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Managing client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses via email, phone, or chat. 2. Assisting clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Coordinating with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues if needed. 4. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Conducting client satisfaction surveys and actively seeking feedback to improve service quality. 6. Collaborating with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and generate leads.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Previous experience in a client service role, preferably in a remote work setting.
