As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client service management.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions. - Develop strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing any issues or concerns. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time. - Analyze client feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction. - Provide timely reports and updates to management on client status and satisfaction. - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant information and recommendations. - Handle escalations and resolve conflicts in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client service management. - Confident and passionate personality traits. - Strong adaptability skills to work in a remote environment. - Excellent research skills to stay informed on industry developments. - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. - Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
