Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Wipro. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This is a remote work position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, and is a part-time role with a mid-to-senior level of seniority.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular interactions - Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive business growth - Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure client success and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to provide valuable insights to clients - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert advice and guidance on their business needs
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 6+ years of experience in client service management, preferably in the technology industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional client service - Proven ability to persuade and influence clients to drive business outcomes - Excellent research skills to understand market trends and client needs - Ability to work independently and remotely while still being a team player
