Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Service Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role is part-time and entry-level, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in client services.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist clients with account setup, account maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of client issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads and support the sales process.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 5. Critical thinking and strategic planning skills. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
