Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Lendingkart, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility to work remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide top-notch customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the overall client experience. 5. Utilize innovative approaches to problem-solving and finding solutions for clients. 6. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends to better assist clients. 8. Work independently and proactively to meet and exceed client service targets.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality traits. 2. Excellent people management and communication skills. 3. Strong ability to innovate and think outside the box. 4. Previous experience in client service or a related field. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
