Shaadi.com, India's leading matrimonial website, is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Delhi, India. As an entry-level position with zero years of experience required, this role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in client services and gain valuable skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients in navigating the Shaadi.com platform and resolving any technical issues they may encounter - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or complaints - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist clients - Meet and exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Confident and driven personality traits - Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required
