Client Service Representative - Remote Work

We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team at Razorpay. This is a remote part-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN, with an entry-level seniority level and requiring at least 1 year of experience.

As a Client Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, so excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Providing information about our products and services - Resolving client complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits - Strong analytical skills - Previous experience in customer service is preferred
