Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dailyhunt, a leading news and content platform based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in client service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 4. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed. 5. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Contribute to the development of client service strategies and processes. 7. Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through the setup process.

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Experience working remotely and independently. 7.
