Job Description:
Khatabook is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our remote team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, providing excellent customer service, and handling client inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, answering any questions or concerns they may have via phone, email, or chat. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving client issues and ensuring client satisfaction. 3. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 5. Conduct research and gather information to better assist clients and address their needs. 6. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services. 7. Monitor client accounts and follow up on any outstanding payments or issues. 8. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client relations. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 8. Strong research skills and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
