Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Tech Mahindra is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Assistant to join our team for remote work in the Bangalore, Karnataka, India area. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience looking to gain exposure to the tech industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and account maintenance - Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
