Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

CarDekho, a leading automotive portal, is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Associate-level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with any inquiries, issues, or requests they may have regarding our services. 3. Conduct market research to better understand client needs and preferences. 4. Participate in client meetings and presentations to ensure a smooth and efficient communication process. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, follow up with clients, and track progress. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 7. Work closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. 2. Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct in-depth research. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines consistently.
