Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Jio Platforms is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Associate to join our remote team based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team member - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Conduct research to better understand client needs and preferences - Create and deliver presentations to clients as needed - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge - Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Strong research and presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
