Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

upGrad is seeking a Client Support Manager to work remotely in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 6 years of experience in client support who is independent, driven, and possesses strong research and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience - Monitor client satisfaction levels and gather feedback to make necessary improvements - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client support metrics and trends

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in client support or a related field - Independent and driven individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Strong research and communication skills - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
