Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

BookMyShow is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and issues via email, phone, and chat - Resolve client concerns and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to reach client satisfaction goals - Provide technical support to clients as needed - Assist with client onboarding and training processes - Identify and escalate priority issues to management - Monitor client feedback and proactively address any recurring issues

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Dedicated and committed to providing outstanding customer service - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Experience in project management is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
