Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hero MotoCorp is currently seeking a motivated and resilient Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the client support experience - Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company - Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities - Inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment to create a positive and supportive atmosphere for clients and colleagues alike

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client support - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in relevant software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
