Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Pine Labs is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Support Representative to join our team on a remote basis in Delhi, India. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required but 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills and thrive in an environment that embraces change seamlessly.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training and guidance on our products and services. - Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed client expectations.

Requirements: - Passion for customer service and helping others. - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
