Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

One97 Communications is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate solutions. 4. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist clients with troubleshooting and usage inquiries.

Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Must be resilient and reliable in handling challenging client situations. 2. Soft skills: Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential in this role. 3. Proficiency in using CRM software and relevant computer applications. 4. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
