Maruti Suzuki India Limited is looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
As a Client Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance, and you will be responsible for addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of client interactions - Collaborating with other team members to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed - Providing product demonstrations and training to clients as required - Contributing to the development and improvement of our client support processes and procedures - Handling client feedback and working closely with the product development team to implement necessary changes
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent planning skills and have a keen attention to detail. You should be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and have a strong desire to provide top-notch customer service.
In addition to the soft skills mentioned above, the ideal candidate will also be a quick learner, adaptable to change, and willing to take on new challenges.
While no prior experience is required for this entry-level position, a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
