As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and assistance to clients via email, phone, and chat. 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are being met. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5.
