Job Description:
Microsoft India is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. This is a part-time, remote work opportunity located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat. 2. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's database. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. 5. Assist in the development of client support materials, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides. 6. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve support skills. 7. Contribute to team meetings and share insights on client feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Passionate and motivated individual with a strong desire to excel in client support. 2. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. 3. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. 5. Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
