Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: WhiteHat Jr is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN on a part-time basis. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate, confident, analytical, and have strong emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with any technical issues they may be experiencing with our products - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work remotely and independently - Strong problem-solving skills - A high level of emotional intelligence - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
