Job Description:
Samsung India is seeking a motivated and dedicated Contact Center Associate to join our remote team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handle customer complaints and determine appropriate resolutions. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Meet or exceed performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction scores. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism. 3. Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 4. Motivated and dedicated team player who is committed to delivering excellent service. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
