Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cult.fit is seeking a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Associate to join our remote team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and account management - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve service delivery - Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strong presentation and planning skills
