Job Description:
Dream11 is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time, remote basis. As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Managing a team of contact center representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the contact center - Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Providing ongoing training and development for contact center staff - Handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Maintaining a positive and supportive working environment for contact center staff - Implementing and upholding company policies and procedures within the contact center
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in contact center management or a related field - Proven track record of success in a leadership role - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong people management skills - Excellent attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
