Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cult.fit is looking for a Contact Center Manager to join our remote team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our customer service operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficiency. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth into a full-time role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - At least 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Experience working remotely is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Presentation skills and adaptability - Knowledge of contact center best practices and technologies
