Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Udaan is currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN but will be eligible for remote work. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 3. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Hardworking attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Resilient nature to handle challenging customer interactions with composure. 4. Strong emotional intelligence to connect with customers on a deeper level. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer issues effectively. 6. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
