Job Description: Apple India is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis to work remotely from Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Entry Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Apple customers via phone, email, and chat. This position requires individuals who are independent, passionate, innovative, and have strong critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information and troubleshooting support for Apple products and services - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed - Continuously improve knowledge of Apple products and services through training and professional development opportunities
Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team - Must have a passion for technology and desire to provide outstanding customer service - Must be located in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN and have a reliable internet connection - High school diploma or equivalent required
