Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist who will work remotely for Khatabook, a leading financial technology company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 6. Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance metrics. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 4. Proficient in strategic planning and research soft skills. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently. 6. Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home. 7. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
