Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our remote team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer care role and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 3. Providing customers with product information, pricing, and availability. 4. Processing orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed. 7. Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Motivated and hardworking personality traits. 7. Strong decision-making and project management skills.
