HealthifyMe, a leading health and fitness technology company, is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer care team and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 6. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. 5. Independent and energetic personality traits. 6. Experience with remote work and managing virtual teams is a plus.
