Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Zerodha, a leading financial services company, is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN and will be at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide effective and timely responses through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and maintain high level of customer service - Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeframe - Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment - Attention to detail and strong research skills - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
