Job Description:

Razorpay is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a remote work position, ideal for individuals who are energetic, resilient, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As an entry-level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer care or similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Educate customers on product features, services, and offerings. 4. Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately. 5. Maintain customer records and documentation. 6. Collaborate with other teams to improve overall customer experience. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals.
