Job Description:
Unacademy is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team based in Delhi, India. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account management, product inquiries, and technical support - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and provide accurate information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct research and gather information to better assist customers with their needs - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a remote environment - Soft skills in teamwork and research are highly valued
