Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate-level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining customer records. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies. 7. Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong decision-making skills and creativity in problem-solving. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
