Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. 2. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. 3. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools. 4. Good planning and organizational skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. 6. Experience in people management is a plus.
