Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Flipkart and work remotely in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our Customer Service Manager to ensure that all inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding - Providing accurate information about our products and services - Processing customer orders and returns - Communicating with other departments to address customer needs - Maintaining customer records and databases - Keeping up to date with product knowledge and company policies - Assisting with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Ability to make quick and effective decisions - Proficiency with computer systems and software - High school diploma or equivalent
