Job Description:
Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting with various tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and at an entry-level seniority level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 3. Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records of transactions. 4. Assisting with product recommendations and providing information about our services. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated personality traits to handle challenging situations with grace. 2. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. 3. Strong presentation skills to articulate ideas and solutions clearly. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
