Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Moglix is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and assisting with order placement - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and sharing feedback with the team

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong cooperation and leadership abilities - Proven experience in customer service - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
