Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories to work remotely. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Processing customer orders and tracking shipment status. 4. Providing product information and guidance to customers. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Updating customer accounts and profiles as needed.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and reliable individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong research skills to effectively address customer concerns. 3. Problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Experience working in a remote customer service role is a plus.
