Job Description:

FirstCry is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Customer Service Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, shipping inquiries, and returns. 3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy. 4. Use critical thinking skills to assess and address customer needs and find solutions to their problems. 5. Utilize negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service strategies and processes. 7. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Demonstrated negotiation skills. 6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment. 7. Must be hardworking and motivated to excel in customer service. 8.
